Brookfield Properties
When Brookfield Residential needed to revitalize their Blanco Vista subdivision, they approached Screamer Co. to revamp their brand. With the objective of driving both traffic and increasing sales, Screamer Co. developed a new positioning line and launched an integrated marketing campaign targeting consumers and real estate agents.

Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas
From their opening in 2007 to the present, Screamer Co. has been developing award-winning work for Dell Children’s Medical Center in a highly competitive market. Screamer Co. created a positioning line, branding campaign, and a Physician Relations campaign.

For the past two years, Fusebox Festival, an independent arts festival in Austin, Texas, has engaged Screamer Co. to promote the event. Media planning, messaging recommendations, and creative development were all utilized to increase awareness and ticket sales.

The Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce was looking for a partner to create a new brand identity and develop a strategy to drive their Economic Development efforts. They found Screamer Co. We created a new identity, a social media strategy, and a plan to identify and convert businesses looking to relocate to Austin.
