When Brookfield Residential needed to revitalize their Blanco Vista subdivision, they approached Screamer Co. to revamp their brand. With the objective of driving both traffic and increasing sales, Screamer Co. developed a new positioning line and launched an integrated marketing campaign targeting consumers and real estate agents.

Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas

Blanco Vista Texas Two-Step

We’re excited to work with our client Blanco Vista on their first annual Blanco Vista Texas Two-Step, a community celebration right outside of San Marcos.

The event is free to the public and includes BBQ, a superslide, train rides for the kids, popcorn, a face painter and live music from Ruby Dee and The Snakehandlers.
