When it comes to creating a true sense of home, Blanco Vista features award-winning, premium homebuilders that can create a home to fit each stage of life – from singles and growing families to empty nesters – and offer an array of upscale features at a range of affordable prices.

Challenge
In 2011, Blanco Vista, a master-planned community in San Marcos, TX, approached us looking to relaunch its brand after several years of recession-driven, low sales numbers.

Solution
The first thing we did was take the client through a brand evaluation, resulting in the development of their new positioning strategy, “Life gets better here.”

For two and a half years, we were responsible for all marketing efforts, including their website, event management for homebuyers and Realtors®, lead generation, on-site signage, media planning and buying, collateral materials, and Realtor® incentive programs. The website, a main component of the campaign, allowed potential homebuyers to search available inventory, view floor plans, and contact builders directly. This increased visits from prospective buyers, and resulted in Blanco Vista opening three new neighborhoods and bringing on four new builders.
